Return Period
At Harry Graphics, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and all accompanying materials must be included
Return Eligibility
The following items are eligible for return:
- Products with manufacturing defects
- Products damaged during shipping
- Incorrect products sent by mistake
- Products that don't match the specifications ordered
The following items are NOT eligible for return:
- Custom-printed materials (ID cards, badges, etc.) once printed
- Products used or damaged by customer misuse
- Orders placed more than 7 days ago
- Products without original packaging
Refund Process
Step 1: Request Return Authorization

Step 2: Ship Back
Once approved, ship the product back to us. Please use a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or defect.
Step 3: Inspection
Upon receipt, we'll inspect the product to ensure it meets return criteria. This typically takes 3-5 business days.
Step 4: Refund
Once approved, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Replacements
If your product is defective or damaged, we offer free replacement. Please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. If the damage is due to our manufacturing error, we'll cover all shipping costs for the replacement.
Damaged During Shipping
If your product arrives damaged, please:
- Take clear photos of the damage and packaging
- Contact us immediately with your order number
- Keep all packaging materials for inspection
We'll provide a replacement or full refund immediately upon verification.
Special Exceptions
Custom Printed Products
Custom-printed ID cards, badges, and other personalized items cannot be returned once produced, as they are manufactured to your specific specifications. However, if there's a manufacturing error or quality issue on our end, we'll provide a replacement at no charge.
We strongly recommend reviewing design proofs before final approval to ensure complete satisfaction.
